How often should I tan?
You can use our sunbeds anywhere between 4-20 minutes, depending on your skin type.
For your own safety you should not have more than 60 tanning sessions per year.

Safety
To make sure you're tanning safely, it is important that you follow the advice below:
- Do NOT use a sunbed if you are under 18
- You MUST wear goggles everytime you use a sunbed
- Start slowly and build up your tan over time to avoid burning
- Leave at least 48 hours between tanning sessions
- NEVER use a sunbed on the same day as sunbathing outdoors
